The notifications page sorts everything by type, picks out what needs attention, and lets you search and filter in a moment - each notification keeps its own colour, so a cancelled event or an overdue task stands out. Remind Me lets anyone ask to be reminded later about an event, a colleague, any page or just a note, once or every day, week, month or year.

Each person can set Sonic EMS up the way that suits them, and it is remembered wherever they sign in. Make text larger, switch to a font designed for easier reading, add space between lines and letters, turn on high contrast, bigger click targets or underlined links, reduce motion, always show scrollbars, or simply follow the settings on their device. People who need longer can be given more time before an idle session locks, with a warning first.
