Book kit onto events with confidence

Find an asset from the event’s Assets panel and book it. If it is already on an event that overlaps, if a bulk item would run out at the busiest moment, or if its PAT test or inspection lapses before the get-out, the booking is stopped and you are told why. Kit in repair or quarantine can’t go out either.

  • Serialised items and bulk quantities, such as 60 XLR cables
